I have a 5 year old son & his father was suppose to get his CDIB crd for him. We aren’t together & never have been but I received a letter stating he was covered by the Choctaw nation for health insurance. I’m not sure if that means he’s got a CDIB card or not & I can’t seem to get in touch with his father what can I do??
